When to Replace

Installation Tips

• Note the winding direction of the old rope on the pulley before removal.
• Securely knot the rope at both the handle and the starter pulley.
• After installation, pull the rope straight out from the housing to minimize wear.
• Ensure the recoil spring is correctly tensioned before reassembling the starter housing.
